Since living at Horizon House, she's found that her zest for life hasn’t diminished, but grown. From her participation in a variety of resident committees, fitness classes, and a line-dance group, Karen lives her life in motion. Her lively personality and wit make her a welcome presence in the community.

After many years as an independent living resident, Medora made the move to assisted living to access support services that make life easier. Since Horizon House promotes one community for all residents, she can still fully participate in life on campus. Medora is a popular conversationalist who loves a good cup of coffee.
