Recent News

• In March, we once again presented to a full house for a Lunch and Learn event at the Washington Athletic Club. Guests heard all about the West Tower expansion and details around our Priority Depositor Program. The enthusiastic group asked great questions which we were only to happy to answer! 

• On February 7 and 8, West Tower architects from Mithun held two special presentations at the Washington Athletic club for current and future Priority Depositors. We were thrilled that 140 guests attended to learn how the West Tower is being designed for environmental sustainability. Mithun and Horizon House presenters were impressed by the deep interest shown by attendees, and the relevance and detail of questions asked. Clearly, they care as much about sustainable design as our existing Horizon House community!

The Next Phase: Reservation Deposits

Coming in the second quarter of 2024, we’ll begin accepting Reservation Deposits to confirm residence selection. Priority Depositors will be the first—according to assigned number—to select their ideal home, choose from a variety of apartment finishes, and learn about upgrade options. The Reservation Deposit equals 10% of the West Tower entrance fee, based upon the apartment layout chosen. Until we reach the Reservation Deposit phase, there's still time to make a Priority Deposit which will give you earliest access to choose your ideal apartment.
