• Horizon House is unique in offering nursing support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our nurse-managed care also means residents can ease their minds about health conditions, medications, or doctor’s orders. 


• At Horizon House, residents are truly known: there are no one-size-fits-all activities. Our Life Enrichment team enthusiastically supports residents to engage with their individual interests, be in control of their own decisions, and live each day with purpose.
