For more than 60 years, Horizon House has been beloved for its dyamic resident culture and premier First Hill location, overlooking downtown Seattle. Our new 33-story West Tower will make it possible for you to join us and become a part of our vibrant community.
The West Tower will break ground in 2026, with opening slated for fall 2029. Its 202 independent living apartments will range from 832 to 2,220 square feet and floorplans include one-bedroom with or without den, two bedroom with or without den, and expansive penthouses.
The West Tower will be connected "under one roof" with our existing campus to foster connection with neighbors and access to all Horizon House existing amenities: full gym, access to a wide array of wellness programs, aquatic center with saline pool, formal and informal dining, 5,000-title library, salon, hobby rooms, and more. The West Tower will feature multiple landscaped terraces, resident gardens, performance hall, dedicated pet area. Imagine socializing with friends as you enjoy the spectacular views from our 33rd floor gathering space.
We'll begin accepting West Tower Reservation Deposits in April 2024.
