Independent Living

Freedom to focus on what matters.

With maintenance included, your independent living apartment gives you something far more precious than a city view and granite countertops: time. Time to connect with neighbors whose curiosity and appetite for life match yours, to pursue interests through resident-led programs, and enjoy Seattle’s cultural institutions just a short walk away. These are the things that matter—and the building, amenities and services are designed to maximize the time you have to enjoy them all.
