Horizon House CEO Erica Thrash-Sall is leading the community through its biggest chapter yet: the West Tower, a 33-story addition that will make Horizon House one of the tallest purpose-built senior living high-rises in the country. More than 80% of the new residences are already reserved, with completion on track for 2029.
