Each year, the residents host a holiday party for employees to show them how appreciated they are. This party comes with appreciation gifts, games, activities, and live music from residents. This year, staff decided they wanted to show the residents that they are also appreciated. Residents are the glue that holds the fabric of Horizon House together and they make staff’s days.
Over the past few months, staff members secretly filmed and created a video to surprise residents with at the holiday party.
