This month, residents enjoyed various outings, holiday activities and more! Check out the gallery below to see what happening at Horizon House!
- Residents saw the stark photography of Manuel Alverez Bravo, interpreted the Rorschach crumples of Hana Hamplova’s ‘Meditations on Paper’ series, and observed the modern indigenous artwork of Alison Marks at the Frye Museum.
- A group of Independent Residents sing with residents in Supported Living.
- We’re introducing a special computer tablet, designed by Breezie, that makes it easy for seniors to use technology.
- Life Enrichment Associate Megan Hensley supports a resident in painting. This activity is calming, engaging, and empowering. This is living creatively!
- The Knitting Group of independent residents made scarfs, shawls, and lap blankets for all of the wonderful residents in Memory Support! They were thrilled to receive such beautiful and thoughtful gifts from the Horizon House community.
