Mike Ostrem assumed CEO duties in September 2019 after serving as Horizon House’s CFO. Mike joined the organization in 2013 as CFO and assumed an expanded operational role with oversight of Facilities, Food Services, IT, and the Master Plan efforts.
Lauri Warfield-Larson has been promoted from Health Services Officer to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Lauri will continue to oversee Supported Living, Wellness, the Clinic, and Spiritual Care. Lauri will work closely with Mike to transfer Dining Services to her area of responsibility.
Christi has been promoted from Vice President of Accounting to CFO. Christi will oversee Accounting, Operations, Purchasing, and Philanthropy.
Laura joined the Horizon House team in October, and oversees Sales, Communications, Reception, and Concierge. She comes from an extensive Marketing & Communications background, working as a Vice President for Seattle Children’s.
Peter Toliver, Marketing & Move-In Coordinator
We are pleased to share that Peter Toliver has assumed the role of Marketing & Move-In Coordinator. Peter joined us on a temporary basis in mid-May and we are thrilled that he is now with us as a permanent employee. He has been a great addition to our team, and we look forward to introducing you to him!
