This report highlights Horizon House’s excellent performance in 2012, during which time the community saved more than $50,000 on utility bills, exceeding its estimate by more than $18,000.

Owners of all commercial and multifamily buildings 20,000 sq. ft. or larger are required to annually benchmark and report energy performance to the City of Seattle.
